The 0×EAE boost pedal is a the first in a series of forthcoming guitar effects pedals. The enclosure was designed with my partners Matthew Hall and Brian Johnson of Obstructures. It will house a series of future effects circuits designed by John Snyder of Electonic audio experiments.
A die cast enclosure is paired with interchangeable faceplates to support a variety of control configurations. I also developed a custom typeface for control labels.
This project won awards at the 2021 Paris DNA awards, the 2021 European product design awards, and the 2021 MUSE design awards.
